Government decides not to scrap Commercial Agents Regulations
The law with regard to commercial agents is complex, and UK law has followed European law in this regard. As with many areas of the law, this has now been looked at post-Brexit, to decide whether the law here should now be changed. The result of this is that the existing regulations and therefore the law as it stands will continue to apply. We look at that law here.
