Most if not all small businesses struggle either frequently or occasionally with late and non-payment of money due to them.  It’s an issue FSB has campaigned on tirelessly, and was instrumental in the introduction of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1988.  Now, following further FSB lobbying, the government is proposing further measures.
